PengaNova was founded by Nina Cooke, a senior HR and transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience partnering with boards, CEOs and executive teams in complex, global and private equity-backed environments. A qualified and accredited executive coach (ICF Accredited/ILM Level 7), Nina combines deep commercial experience with structured coaching expertise, using tools such as DISC, Thomas International, SHL psychometrics and Learning Styles to translate insight into action, strengthening leadership capability, improving decision-making and accelerating performance at both individual and organisational level.

This combination underpins the way we work: integrating strategic perspective, behavioural insight and hands-on delivery to solve real business challenges.
